How to reinstall Magento extensions
To reinstall a Magento extension, log in to your Magento admin panel > System > Magento Connect > Magento Connect Manager.
In the Manage Existing Extensions section you will see a list of all currently installed extensions.
Locate the extension you want to reinstall and from the Actions drop-down menu next to it select Reinstall. Then click Commit Changes to reinstall the extension.
Check the output frame at the bottom of the screen to confirm that the extension has been successfully reinstalled.
