Do you offer a free website transfer?
Yes, we offer free website transfers for all of our customers. This service can be requested at any time during the contract. As part of this service, we will do our best to transfer the whole site or a part of it, depending on the customer's request, as long as the site is suitable for our shared servers.
The free website transfer includes transferring the website's files and database(s) (if any) and, if needed, reconfiguring the customer's application(s) to work properly on our server.
The free website transfer does not include the transfer of emails, email accounts, ftp accounts, passwords, cron jobs and any other account feature that cannot be transferred directly via FTP/MySQL.
