How to set FlashFXP to connect to your hosting account
FlashFXP is an FTP (FTPS, SFTP, FXP) client with which you can connect to your account through FTP. It runs on Windows. It's not free but there is a 30-day trial version.
You can download FlashFXP from the official site.
After you install FlashFXP on your computer, check from the FTP Usernames section of the Pixie control panel whether you have created an FTP user. Start FlashFXP and from the drop-down menu that opens automatically choose the language you want to use.
Then go to Sites>Site Manager and click on New Site. Type some name for your site, then in the field for Address enter your domain name (e.g. yourdomain.com) and in the fields for User Name and Password type the FTP user name and password.
Click on Apply to save the information and then on Connect. Now you should be connected to your account.
