How to access and manage the HostKnox Client Area

The HostKnox Client Area is the place from which HostKnox customers can submit and view support tickets, order additional hosting accounts and product addons, edit their personal information and password, view their existing services, renew and transfer domain names, etc.

To access the Client Area either go to the HostKnox site and click on the Client Area button at the top or directly open the URL address of the Client Area: hostknox.com/clients/clientarea.php. On the page that opens type your email address and password. They are first specified by you during the sign up process for your first HostKnox account. You can change them later from the Client Area.

Once inside the Client Area you'll see several buttons in the blue menu at the top. Click on the My Services button to see the hosting accounts that you've purchased from HostKnox. The button My Domains will display the domain names registered by HostKnox (or transferred to us). In the section My Invoices you'll see a list of all the invoices sent to you from HostKnox; clicking on an invoice will display its content. The section My Support Tickets is a very useful one. From it you can submit tickets to the support team; you can view existing tickets and their replies, and you can reply to existing tickets. The section My Emails contains all emails sent from HostKnox to you (e.g. welcome emails, account information emails, etc.).

In the Quick Navigation menu on the right there are a couple of buttons related to the Client Area. Click on the button My Details if you want to edit your personal information (e.g. name, address, email address, etc.) or change your password. From there you can also add other people as contacts and optionally give them access to some or all sections of the Client Area. Clicking on the Order button will display the section from which you can order new accounts and product addons (e.g. SSL certificates).
