How to order additional accounts and product addons

From the HostKnox Client Area you can order more hosting accounts, product addons and services. After you sign up for your first HostKnox hosting account you can access the Client Area and order more from the Order section.

To do this, after you log into the Client Area click on the Order button that's in the Quick Navigation menu on the right. On the page that opens you'll see the hosting plans arranged in terms of the renewal period. If you buy an account for a longer period you'll get a greater discount. To order a new account simply click on the Order Now button and follow the instructions.

At the top of the same page there are some more buttons. To order an SSL certificate(s) for your site(s) click on the Product Addons button. An SSL certificate applies to one domain. You can also order a wildcard SSL certificate which applies not only to the domain itself but also to all its subdomains.

If you want to renew a domain name(s) that you own, click on the Domain Renewals button at the top. From this page you can renew domains that are registered by HostKnox or transferred to us. Domains are usually renewed once a year but you can renew a domain for a few years ahead.

If you want to register a new domain, click on the Register Domain button that's at the top of the Order section. On the page that opens follow the instructions. Note that if you order a hosting account for one year (or more) you get a free domain name registration which is performed while ordering the account. In such a case you don't have to go specifically to the Register Domain page and order a domain for the account.

If you own a domain name that's not registered by us but you want to transfer it to us, click on the Transfer Domain button at the top of the Order section and follow the instructions.
